Design of Miyawaki Biodiversity Park Ecological Restoration of Degraded Land, Navi Mumbai

• Design and commissioning for Ecological Restoration of Degraded land – Greenery of existing ‘Nisarg Udyan’ supports very little animal life, to get other biological features possible birds, butterflies, amphibians and small reptiles are encouraged to colonize the space.
• Therefore, ‘ecological restoration’ features are proposed instead of just plantation.
• To make use of all the natural elements and produce quality and quantity of biomass to attract biodiversity.
• Minimal human intervention on day to day basis and involvement of local communities for construction, upkeep and maintenance for which training would be imparted
