RUA Ecospaces’ flagship project Agrocel House,the headquarters of
Agrocel Industries Pvt. Ltd., Bhuj, Gujarat was awarded the highest
Platinum IGBC Award at the CII – IGBC Green Building Congress 2024,
held from 14th to 16th November 2024 at BIEC, Bengaluru. The award
recognizes our role as the Green Building Consultant.
Green Highlights of Agrocel House
● Water Efficiency: Zero-discharge system with rainwater harvesting
(185 cu. m), a 20 KLD wastewater treatment system, and efficient
irrigation.
● Energy Efficiency: North-South building orientation, insulated
materials, rooftop solar PV panels (172 kWp), and energy-efficient
systems reduce energy use by 38%.
● Resource Management: Extensive waste reuse and eco-friendly
art installations promoting local craftsmanship.
● Occupant Wellbeing: Elevated garden with 5,000+ plants, a
100-year-old transplanted Ficus tree, and green views from every
workspace.
