NET ZERO SUSTAINABLE TECHNOLOGIES COURSE, 2025

RUA Ecospaces, in collaboration with the Arava Institute of
Environmental Studies, Israel, successfully conducted an International
Online Certificate Course on Net Zero Sustainable Technologies:
Water-Energy-Food Nexus, for the second year in a row. This
transformative course brought together renowned global experts to
share insights and strategies for building a sustainable future.
Participants included were CEOs of leading companies, academicians
from recognized institutions, practicing professionals & NGO
Representatives.

Key Highlights of the Course:

1. Sustainable Technologies and Practices: Topics included lifecycle
analysis, climate adaptation, net-zero strategies,
agri-photovoltaics, and environmental solutions for developing
communities.
2. Interactive Case Studies: Real-world examples from Auroville,
India, Israel, and Turkana, Kenya, showcasing water resource
security, agricultural innovation, and decarbonization strategies.
3. Expert Panels and Discussions: Panelists explored critical themes
like food security, agro-ecological regeneration, protein
diversification, and the role of agriculture in addressing water and
food security challenges.
4. Esteemed Speakers: Thought leaders such as Dr. Shmuel Brenner,
Dr. Elise Machline, Dr. Clive Lipchin, and many others delivered
lectures and facilitated discussions.

The course concluded with a Q&A session addressing off-grid hubs and
sustainable living solutions, fostering deeper understanding and
collaboration among participants.
