RUA Ecospaces LLP successfully conducted its Online Knowledge Series Webinar on “Waste Water – Managing and Treating Wastewater for Sustainable Urban Development.”
The webinar brought together environmental experts, architects, engineers, sustainability professionals, students, and industry representatives to discuss the growing importance of wastewater treatment, water recycling, water reuse, and water conservation in urban projects.
With increasing water stress, rapid urbanization, changing rainfall patterns, and pressure on freshwater resources, wastewater must be viewed as a valuable resource rather than a waste stream. Efficient sewage treatment plants, wastewater recycling systems, and sustainable water management practices can help reduce dependency on freshwater for flushing, landscaping, irrigation, cooling towers, and other non-potable uses.
